• WHEN ADDING BATTERY ACID OR RECHARGING THE
BATTERY, ALWAYS REMOVE IT FROM THE ENGINE

ONLY CHARGE OR USE A BATTERY IN A WELL AIRED
PLACE. ALWAYS PROTECT YOUR EYES WHEN WORKING
CLOSE TO A BATTERY.
In winter (boat on ground):
 If you do not plan to use your boat for a month or more, remove
the battery and store it in a cool, dark and dry place. Recharge the
battery fully before re-using it, and remove the drain plugs.
 If the battery is to be put away for a long period, check the
density of the battery acid at least once a month and recharge the
battery when the density is too low.
Battery acid density: 1.28 at 20 °C
At anchor:
 For the SUNRIDER 650 only, do not remove the battery; the
bilge pump circuit must be in 'automatic' mode.
