IV-5-2-3-1: Boat outside the water (on trailer, cradle, etc.)
POSITION OPEN, PLUG REMOVED.
IV-5-2-3-2: Boat in the water
POSITION CLOSED, PLUG(S) IN POSITION.
(MAKE SURE THE PLUG IS PROPERLY CLOSED)
