Perfil de ejercicio y programa de objetivos
La consola le permite seleccionar el programa de perfil y el tipo de objetivo para sus sesiones de ejercicio (distancia, tiempo o calorías) y establecer
el valor de objetivo.
HIIT/SPEED:
Nota: En algunos programas de perfiles, el objetivo no se puede ajustar (por ejemplo: el ejercicio 5K Pacer tiene un objetivo de distancia de
5K).
1.
Sitúese en las plataformas de apoyo laterales para los pies.
2.
Pulse el botón User (Usuario) para seleccionar el perfil de usuario deseado.
3.
Pulse los botones de programas para seleccionar una categoría de ejercicios.

Pulse los botones Aumentar () o Disminuir () para seleccionar un perfil de ejercicios y pulse OK.
