The display shows two temperatures: the set temperature at the top (A) and the
B
current temperature at the bottom (B).
When the set temperature is reached, the timer will count down. There is an hourglass icon
display. When the set time has elapsed, you will hear a signal and the device will switch off automatically.
THICKENING JUICE
With this function, you can let the pot boil continuously, perfect for reducing excess moisture in fresh
juice, e.g. when thickening apple juice. At the same time, the juice is also canned for longer storage.
1. Turn the thermostat knob to the maximum position. The symbol

3. Press the thermostat button (on/off) to start the device. The device heats up to 100°C, creating a
maximum amount of steam to evaporate the excess liquid in the juice.
4. When the juice has obtained the desired thickness, press the thermostat button (on/off) again to
switch the device off.
Attention: Do not leave the device unattended while operating. This function requires occasional stirring
to distribute the heat evenly and prevent burning. If you do not stir, the heat will accumulate around the
temperature sensor and it may switch off for safety.
HEATING
1. Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature.
2. Press the timer button. The timer function is deactivated. The symbol

temperature and will maintain this temperature.
4. If you want to switch off the device, press the thermostat button (on/off) again.
