Step 7A - Attaching the dip / push-up station to the lower frame
1. Attach the connection frame (# 12) to the dip frame (# 11) and
secure it with 4 M8 * 20 Allen screws (# 46), 8 Ø8 screws (# 53),
4 Ø8 spring screws (# 57), 4 M8 aircraft nuts (# 61) and4 cover

2. Attach the dip frame to the backrest support (# 7) and set the
desired height with the locking device (# 19) and locking pin (# 17).

Step 7B - OPTIONAL - Attaching the upper vertical

To attach the dip / push-up station to the top, insert the
upper vertical frame (# 10) into the upper opening of the
backrest support (# 7) and fasten the locking button (#
32) at the desired height.
