Plegar el chasis (i)
· Accionar los frenos.
· Empezar plegando el manillar. Para el-
lo, liberar las abrazaderas situadas en la
parte posterior del manillar. A continu-
ación, empujar el manillar hacia abajo
hasta no poder bajarlo más. Recordar
cerrar las abrazaderas para bloquear el
manillar.
· Debajo de la silla, a la izquierda, existe
un asa que al tirar de ella hacia afuera
permite retirar la silla. Debajo de la
silla, en la zona de fijación central, se
encuentra un asa que permite desblo-
quear el cochecito Spider. Al tirar de
ella hacia afuera, se desbloqueará el
chasis superior. A continuación, para
poder plegar el chasis inferior, mover el
manillar hacia arriba.
· Para plegar el chasis no es necesario
retirar el parasol, aunque el producto
se plegará de un modo más compacto
si se procede a retirarlo antes.
· Si lo desea, puede volver a fijar el segu-
ro de plegado del chasis a la cesta.
El sistema de dirección (Spider)
El mecanismo de giro (j)
· Mover el bloque del mecanismo de gi-
ro situado en la rueda delantera hacia
arriba. Ahora el bloque de las ruedas
delanteras ya puede girar.
· Bloquear el mecanismo de giro: mover
el bloque del mecanismo de giro hacia
abajo. El mecanismo de giro se blo-
queará automáticamente al colocar las
ruedas delanteras en posición recta.
El freno (k)
· Para bloquear el freno, mover con el

Transportar y guardar el chasis
Spider
· Una vez plegado, el chasis Spider es
muy fácil de transportar gracias al asa
situada en la zona de fijación central.
También está disponible una práctica
bolsa de transporte útil tanto para
guardar como para transportar el chasis
Spider.
· La parte superior de la bolsa de trans-
porte posee una ranura para el asa. El
Spider puede llevarse en su bolsa de
transporte con el asa (del Spider) o
con la ayuda de la cinta de tela que va
unida a la bolsa.
Posición "espacios reducidos"
· Se trata de la posición más baja de re-
gulación del cochecito. Dicha posición
puede usarse, por ejemplo, para una
mayor compactación del cochecito
cuando el Spider esté en posición
desplegada en un restaurante.
Funda para los pies Spider
· Para fijar la funda para los pies, libe-
rar el cinturón de seguridad y pasar las
correas a través de las aberturas de la
funda.
· Para quitar la parte superior de la fun-
da y usar solamente la parte inferior,
simplemente debe abrir el cierre de la
cremallera.
· Si lo desea, puede doblar la parte supe-
rior de la funda para que su hijo se
sienta más cómodo.
La silla auto Safe2go (0-9 meses)
Montar los adaptadores al chasis
(m)
· Pliegue los refuerzos laterales del a-
siento hacia atrás (m1).
· Abrir los adaptadores mediante el cor-
respondiente fiador y colocarlos (L+R)
alrededor del chasis superior en las
posiciones y direcciones indicadas.

Stroller
· The coating is maintenance-free but
also easier to damage with bumps and
scratches than chrome. Take this into
account when transporting the stroller
in cars.
! Tip: We recommend using a transport
bag in order to prevent scratches to the
coating.
· Smear acid-free vaseline onto the
chrome in order to prevent rust.
· The wheels may never be lubricated
with oil. Cleaning the axels regularly
and lubricating them with acid-free
vaseline will ensure the smooth opera-
tion of the wheels.
· The other moving parts can be sprayed
with Teflon spray (dry lubricant) and
then rubbed with a soft cloth.
· Ensure that the locking mechanism is
sprayed regularly with Teflon spray (dry
lubricant).
· The tyres may leave black marks on
some surfaces (especially smooth floors
such as parquet, plastic laminate, lino-
leum, etc.).

Folding out the Spider frame (b)
· Release the frame lock that is attached
to the basket.
· Pull the handle of the Spider up and
then move the push bar up until you
hear a clear click. Check that the plas-
tic handle is in the notch.
· Push the seat down until you hear a
click.
· You can adjust the push bar to any
desired height by moving the metal
clamps on the back of the push bar
backwards. Do not forget to close the
clamps again in order to lock the push
bar.
· Folding the foot rest down.
! Always check that the buggy is cor-
rectly folded out and locked before
use.
The wheels
Fitting the wheels
· Two rear wheels and 1 frontwheel-
block must be fitted to the frame. The
rear wheels are fitted with brake rings.
Fitting the rear wheels (c1)
· To fit the rear wheels, slide the plas-
tic wheel axle into the plastic tube.
The plastic lip at the end of the wheel
axle ensures that the rear wheel locks
when the wheel axle is completely in
the plastic notch.
