MAINTENANCE
Carry out maintenance activities at regular intervals. The tasks listed below should be carried out at least
every 20 hours of operation.
Check moving parts of the device. If they need lubrication, use a bicycle bearing grease.
Check the conditions of such parts as bolts and nuts. Make sure they are tight.
Wipe the sweat off the device after each training. Make sure the display does not come in contact
with water or moisture.
Clean the product with soapy water only. Do not use cleaning agents.
Store the device in a dry and warm place.
Do not expose the device to direct sunlight.

HOW TO ADJUST THE HANDLEBAR
To adjust the handlebar height, loosen the quick release clamp
(16) and raise or handlebar as required. Make sure that the lever
(16) fits into the hole in the handlebar post (25). Then tighten the
lever (16) by rotating the handle clockwise.
To adjust the horizontal handlebar position, loosen the quick
release clamp (27) to move the handlebar as required. Then
tighten the lever (16) by rotating the handle clockwise.
HOW TO ADJUST THE CLIPS
Put your shoe into the clip so that the front presses firmly against
the clip. Rotate the pedal to reach it with your hand and pull on
the strap until the top part of the clip presses well against the shoe.
Feed the strap through the clasp again.
Repeat for the other pedal.
GETTING OFF THE BIKE
CAUTION! Never get off the bike or even remove your feet from the
pedals before they come to a complete standstill.
You can stop the flywheel any time by pressing the brake knob
(31).
HOW TO MOVE THE BIKE
Before moving the bike, make sure the handlebar is secure and
fitted tightly. In the case of any play, tighten the quick release
clamps (16 and 27).
To move the bike, stand in front of the handlebar. Firmly grip both
parts of the handlebar and put one foot on the front base (2). Tilt
the bike towards you until the handling wheels touch the ground.
With the wheels on the ground, move the bike to its destination
and then carefully lower it with your foot on the front base (2).
