- Place the outer clamping flange on the spindle with the flat side towards the blade.
- Mount the socket head screw with washer and tighten it in clockwise direction.
- Push-in the blade lock lever item 7 and rotate the spindle until the lock engages the spindle
(see fig. 3).
- Tighten the socket head screw with the provided wrench and release the blade lock lever.
Replacing the blade
- Disconnect the machine from the pneumatic supply.
- Push the blade lock lever item 7 and rotate the saw blade (see fig. 3)
- Rotate the saw blade until it locks.
Attention! Do not touch the blade teeth to prevent from personal injury.
- While holding the blade lock lever item 7, unscrew the socket head screw for the blade by
using the provided wrench.
- Remove the saw blade together with the outer clamping flange.
- Mount the saw blade (see a. m. procedure).
Adjustment of cutting depth
The cutting depth has to be larger than the material thickness of the work piece.
- Disconnect the machine from the pneumatic supply
- Loosen the locking lever item 6 (see fig. 4).
- Raise or lower the pneumatic circular saw until the blade has reached the required depth..
- Tighten the locking lever item 6.
