Starting and stopping the pneumatic circular saw
- Press the release button item 1 and the valve trigger item 2 to start the pneumatic circular
saw (see fig. 7).
- Release the valve trigger to stop the pneumatic circular saw.
Start cutting
Attention! Only use saw blades being appropriate for this pneumatic circular saw. Always hold
the pneumatic circular saw with both hands when cutting (two-hands-operation).
- Mount the required blade on the saw.
- Connect the pneumatic hose (It is recommended to blow out the hose prior to connecting it,
to avoid impurities).
- Align the base on the work piece.
- Adjust the cutting line with the sighting notch indicator.
- Be certain that the blade is not contacting the work piece.
- Start the pneumatic circular saw and plunge into the work piece with the saw blade running at
full speed.
Attention! Keep the pneumatic hose away from the cutting area.
After completion of the cutting process
- Release the valve trigger.
- Wait until the saw blade has stopped.
- Put the saw safely aside.
- Replace damaged saw blades instantly.
- Shut off the compressed air and disconnect the pneumatic hose.
- Clean the saw.
Clamping the work piece
- Secure the work piece properly.
- Provide adequate support for long or wide work pieces.
- Wait until the blade has come to a complete stop before removing or securing the work piece,
or changing the work piece angle.
- If possible, use sawhorses.
- Mark the line of cut on the work piece.
