3.5.9. Print the sales report
Keep the
key pressed during 3 seconds.
REPORTS
With the
key, we select the kind of report that we need. Press
DAILY Print. Print of report between dates, total amount and breakdown of taxes. Both positive and ne-
gative.
RS232. With the RS232 output we can see the Daily Print Report on the PC.
SALES REPORT. Sales report print between dates. You can choose:
NORMAL. All sales report without breakdown of taxes. Press N key.
REDUCED. Only total sales without breakdown of taxes. Press R key.

Once we selected the kind of list, display shows
Introduce the starting date of the ticket through the numerical keyboard (it appears automatically the date
of the actual day).
Press the key
to validate. On the screen you can see
Introduce the end of ticket date through a numerical keyboard.
Press the key
to validate. You are going to print the ticket.
The balance will return to normal weighing mode.
NOTE: if you want to print the ticket daily you should write the same date at the start and the end of the tic-
ket.
NOTE: Once the ticket and the sales report is printed, it is advisable to clear the weighing to put the memory on
zero.
NOTE: you must bear in mind that this scale has a space of memory of 700 transactions (operations).
3.5.10. Clear the memory of weighing
To clear the memory of weighing keep the key
clear all record
to see the message
cancel.
Now the memory is cleared. The balance will return to normal weighing mode.
¡PAY ATTENTION, it is not possible to recover the cleared memory!
4. SETTING OF PARAMETERS
In order to accede to the parameters marked with an asterisk (*) the calibration pulser located in the infe-
rior part of the scale must be pulsed.
4.1. ENTER SETTING MODE
To set the parameters it is necessary to enter a secure menu. This is done by entering a password number
when requested.
