POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTIONS
Fill the water tank and
restart the pump (refer to the
section: FIRST USE). Avoid
emptying the tank completely.
Position the water tank
correctly.
Ensure that the appliance is
switched on.
Check that the accessory
is correctly mounted on
the appliance: remove then
re-install it on the hinged
arm using a firm upward
movement.
Use fresh, pasteurised or UHT
milk that has been recently
opened.
Cool down your machine
following the instruction of
"Good to Know" on page 5
