When using the PowerCombi as working lamp, observe absolutely following
safety instructions:
- Never operate the PowerCombi without protective covering via the fluorescent
tubes. There exists the risk of breakage and injury.
Operation of the PowerCombi as working lamp
- Switch on the inverter with the operating switch (see B 3).
- You can adjust the brightness of the lamp in the different switch positions (see B 3):
switch totally on the left
switch in the middle
switch totally on the right
Observe the following safety instructions when using PowerCombi as
compressor:
- With objects which must have a certain pressure after being pumped up
(vehicle tyres etc.), the effective air pressure must be checked with a gauged
compressed-air indicator after the filling with PowerCombi (e. g. at service
stations) .
- Never exceed the maximum permissible pressure of the object being filled.
Overpressure may result in injuries to persons or damage to materials.
Use of the PowerCombi as compressor
- Remove the high-pressure hose from the PowerCombi, which is provided at the end
with a socket for vehicle valves (see B 4) For other valves use the adapters enclosed
in the scope of delivery (see ✎ A 5)
- For fastening the adapter, insert these into the socket and lock the valve or the adapter
by moving the black lever by 90° in direction of the hose.
- Switch now the operating switch of the compressor to "ON" (see B 5) Thecurrent
pressure can be read from the pressure gauge. The pressure gauge has two scales so
that you can read the pressure in bar as well as in PSI.
- Switch off the compressor when reaching the required pressure (turn the switch to
"OFF" see✎ B 5)
- A pause of 10 minutes should be made after 10 minutes continuous compressor
operation. Failure to observe will result in overheats of the compressor.
