1. Description of the panel panel:
Key Switch. Clockwise switch to turn on. Counter clockwise to turn off
Use direction switch to forward and reverse
Sweeping switch. Turning-on starts the sweeping
Spray switch. Turning-on starts the spraying
Light switch. Turn on the switch when necessary
Battery indicator. The battery indicator shows the voltage and battery capacity.
2. Brake pedal, accelerator pedal
The operator can step on the acceleration pedal to speed up and drive the machine. If you need
to stop the machines, please step on the brake panel.
3. Garbage trolley's removal and installation
When need to dump the rubbish, Please unlock the garbage trolley by pushing up the red bar,
then pull back the trolley's handle to apart the trolley easily. After you dump the rubbish, please
push up the garbage trolley to connect the sweeper with right position. After the connecting,
please use the lock bar (23) to lock the connections to fasten the buckle.
4. Every time the rubbish trolley is emptied, activate the electric filter, positioned on the back of
the machine, for about 60 seconds, for good maintenance of the sweeper.
Note: To prolong the life of the battery and ensure the optimum efficiency of the machine. Please
do not let the battery exist in the uncharged state for long.
If the batteries are not used for a long period of time, recharge them every 3
months. Failure to observe this instruction may result in irreversible damage to the
batteries.
The following charging instructions are suitable for the charger attached to this machine.
Please ensure to use the charger of the following specification to avoid battery damage. The
specification of the battery charger:
• Charger type: - charger for aluminic acid battery.
• Output voltage - 48V
• Output current -10 A
• APO circuit
• Suitable for deep cycle battery charging
1. Move the machine to the place with good ventilation for charging.
Warning: fire or explosion hazard. Please be away from spark or open fire. The battery
cabin must be kept open when charging.
2. Stop and place the machine on the level ground and tum the key to the close position.
