This section describes installation errors that may appear when using the
DELTAplus meter.
Error code
Err 100, 101, 102 Voltage is missing in at least one of the three
Err 123, 124, 125, The active power in phase 1, 2, or 3, or total active
126
Err 128
Err 140
Err 141
Err 200, 201, 202 Internal error. Contact supplier.
Err 203

power (Err 126), is negative.
This may be caused by:
• Incorrectly connected phase voltages
• Reversed current connections
• Main current is flowing in the wrong direction
through current transformer.
Phase voltage connected to neutral.
Time not set (Meters with internal clock only)
Date not set (Meters with internal clock only)
