Protection Class

Installation requirements
To comply with the protection requirements the meter must be mounted
in protection class IP 51 enclosure or better, according to IEC 60529.
Meters with optional upper I/O connections must be mounted inside an
enclosure of protection class IP 20 or better.

Test and Verification

The DELTAplus meter has a red LED in the middle of the front (see No.
7 in fig 1) that flashes in proportion to the active energy that can be
used when testing and verifying the meter. This LED has a fixed pulse
frequency which is marked on the nameplate (see No. 7 in fig 9).

Cleaning

If the meter is dirty and needs to be cleaned, use lightly moistened
tissue with a water based mild detergent. Make sure no liquid goes into
the meter as this could damage the meter.
