ATTENTION: before using the appliance, read and comply with all the instructions in the
PRECAUTIONS section.

- Refer to the Cooking instructions section for the cooking methods suitable for the various foods;
- These parts can only be used with this appliance. Do not use the parts separately for other
applications.
- Before using the appliance for the first time wash the parts intended for contact with food as
indicated in the Cleaning and Maintenance section.
First use
- Remove the accessories from inside the appliance.
- Carefully remove all the packaging from the accessories and the appliance.
- Carefully clean the appliance to remove the dust and any potential residue from the packaging
and manufacturing.
- Let the appliance operate with nothing inside (for about 10 minutes), with the grill rack (6) and
the dripping pan (7) empty, in a well-ventilated room to eliminate odours and fumes due to any
processing residues on the internal parts of the appliance .
- Switch the appliance off, take out the plug from the electricity socket and leave it to cool.
- Clean the appliance again and the accessories as instructed in the CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE section
Use
Operation
1. Before connecting the appliance ensure that the voltage in the electricity socket
corresponds to that indicated on the plate details (220-240V 50-60Hz 1800W)
2. Position the main switch (8) on "I" to turn on the appliance. The display turns on and the appliance
emits a "BIP" sound.
3. Regulation of the heating element temperature and cooking time.
- Press the knob (2). The set temperature and time flash on the display;
- Turn the knob (2) to increase or decrease the temperature. Set the temperature to 800°C. Press
the knob (2) to confirm;
- Turn the knob (2) in a clockwise direction to increase or decrease the cooking time (minutes:seconds).
Press the knob (2) to confirm;
- The heating element and the fan will start to work.
4. The appliance automatically switches off when the set time has finished. To interrupt cooking
before the set time is up, press the knob (2). The cooling fan will remain in operation for a while until
the temperature has dropped below 60°C.
Once the fan has stopped, switch the appliance off by turning the main switch (8) to "0" and
disconnecting the plug from the electricity socket.
