III-2-7-Bilge pump operation
The bilge pump works independently from the battery isolation switch position, the control
switch
is always on.
Automatic mode (fixed position); in this position the bilge pump works automatically. The
indicator light is on.
Off; in this position (set position), the bilge pump is shut down. The indicator light is off.
Forced starting; the switch has to be held depressed to obtain forced starting type
operation. As soon as you release the switch, it returns to OFF (2).
RECOMMENDATION
NOTE:
AT ANCHOR, SET THE BILGE PUMP SWITCH TO THE
AUTOMATIC STARTING POSITION.
ZODIAC RECOMMENDS THE USE OF A TARPAULIN OR
COCKPIT COVER IN ORDER TO PREVENT WATER INGRESS
IN THE EVENT OF RAIN.
