The washing machine does not turn on
Check:
- You have pressed the Start/Pause icon.
- The door is properly closed.
- The "Closed water faucet" light is on. Open the faucet and press the Start/Pause icon.
The washing machine stops during the programme (depending on the model)
Check:
- The washing machine safety system has been activated.
- The foam level. If the foam level is high, the washing machine will activate a programme to
remove foam. The machine will work again automatically after some time.
There are detergent or additives remains in the detergent compartment after ending the
washing.
Check:
- The softener compartment lid grille and the detergent compartment lid grille are correctly
installed.
- The detergent dispenser and all the parts are clean.
- There is enough water entering. The mesh filters from the water supply may be blocked.
The machine vibrates during the spinning cycle
Check:
- The washing machine is level.
- All 4 legs are resting on the floor.
- The transport bolts have been removed.
Warning
Before using the washing machine, it is necessary to remove the transport bolts.
The final spin results are not optimum
- Your washing machine has an imbalance detection and correction system.
- If the machine detects excess weight, it can reduce the spin speed or stop spinning
completely. This prevents damage to the washing machine.

- Check that the spin speed selection does not display 0..
- If the laundry is still too wet at the end of the cycle, remove the laundry and repeat the
spinning cycle.
- Excessive foam formation may prevent spinning. Use the appropriate amount of detergent.
Time indicator: the programme time shown initially changes for a time period
