Depending on the food to be cooked or the required method of cooking, the grill can be used in two
different ways:

Horizontal grill for slow cooking
•
Sloping grill for normal cooking. The sloping grill has a grease collection channel which sends
the grease to the rear of the worktop which has a hole through which the grease falls into the
grease collection drawer.
To improve cooking and make it easier to clean the grease collection drawer, this should be filled with
two or three centimetres of water.
You are using a barbecue, do not use this appliance for anything other than
what it is designed for, as its operating components may be damage.
If you are going to use solvents or inflammable cleaning products to remove
any dirt on the tub, always do so when the barbecue is cold, the burner control
buttons are switched to Off, and the mains power is disconnected. Once the
products have been used, carefully clean it the tub with plenty of water.
MODELS B-G7051, B-G7101, B-G9051 and B-G9101:
Fill the grease tray with at least two or three centimeters of water and keep it
full while using the barbecue.
