C) No alcohol was detected. The test was passed. The green LED is also lit. The
instrument is then ready for use once again after a few seconds.
D) Alcohol was detected. The test was failed. The red LED is also lit. Press the
button to continue with the next measurement.
 The display shows a rotating progress symbol during the recovery time.

In the menu, the confirmation of the Alcohol and No alcohol test results can be
configured as follows:

4.4 Carrying out a manual breath sample (optional)
If the test subject cannot provide the required minimum volume, the sampling
can be triggered manually.
Carrying out a manual breath sample:
1. Follow steps of the automatic breath sample.
2. If the progress circle is displayed after starting the breath sample, tap the
button.
In the results display, Manual is also displayed.
4.5 Carrying out a passive breath sample (optional)
During passive sampling, the sampling is manually initiated by the device user.
Possible applications include the testing of ambient air or the lung air of persons
for the presence of alcohol.
