3. Operation

• Read and observe all safety instructions in chapter 1, and also use common sense.
You can switch most functions on and off with the buttons on the device or with the remote control.
Please refer to the overview on the previous page.
3.1 PREPARATION
• Place the device in the desired position and, if necessary, place a protective mat underneath.
• Connect the mains adapter to a suitable socket and on the other side to the socket on the device. Make
sure that the cables are not mechanically stressed and do not cause a tripping hazard.
• Switch on the device with the power button on the device or on the remote control.
3.2 USE
MANUAL MODE
Vibration:
•
Press the start/stop button on the remote control or on the device to stop the VIBRATION in the
manual mode. Select the desired frequency.
Massage:
•
If desired, switch on the MASSAGE function.
The speed of the massage rollers depends on the selected vibration frequency: The intensity of the
massage is often perceived as very strong at the beginning. Therefore:
- If necessary, reduce the pressure of your feet on the massage rollers.
- Only switch on the massage function for a few minutes.
Warmth:
•
If desired, switch on the HEAT function.
- Take care not to overheat the skin if you have sensitive skin or, for example, a disturbed sense of
warmth.
- If necessary, switch on the heat function only by the minute.
In any case, stop use after 10 minutes at the latest. In manual mode, press start/stop button to do this.

AUTOMATIC MODE
• To select a programme , press the corresponding button until the number of the programme is
displayed. Start the displayed programme with the start/stop button. It ends automatically after 10
minutes.

3.3 AFTER USE

• Press the power button to switch off the device completely.
• Disconnect the device from the electrical mains socket after use.
• Allow the device to cool down sufficiently before placing it in the protective cover, a transport container or
a cabinet.
Take a sufficiently long break before using it again.
