1. Important Safety Information

WARNING! Danger from improper use!
• Read all instructions and safety notes before using the device. Follow them carefully.
Danger of health damage due to improper or excessive training!

• Also apply common sense to prevent risks.
GENERAL PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Seek medical advice before use; for example, in the following cases:
- Circulatory, respiratory or vascular problems,
- Hypersensitivity or other problems with the skin, tissues, muscles or skeleton,
- Disturbed sensation of warmth (e.g. due to diabetes),
- Pregnancy
• Persons with disabilities may only use the device with suitable supervision and assistance.
• Maximum load (Use only when seated!) - 40 kg (88 lb).

GENERAL NOTES

SHORTLY AFTER UNPACKING
DANGER OF SUFFOCATION! Keep plastic bags and similar away from children and animals.

• For an easy return, keep the packaging material in the return period. Dispose of it later
according to local regulations.
GENERAL
WARNING! Risk of property damage and injury! Never stand on the device!

• Keep children and pets away from the device.
• Keep liquids away from the device (e.g. drinks or wet hands). If liquid has been spilled
on the device or the power supply, unplug the power supply immediately. Make
sure that the device and the power supply unit are also completely dry inside
before the next use. If necessary, contact the customer service.
• Use the training device for private use only, not for commercial use.
• Never open the device. If you have any problems, contact the customer service.
• Never insert fingers or objects into the device.
• Protect the device, power supply unit and cable from mechanical impact and heat.

PREPARING THE DEVICE

• Before each training session, check that the device is in perfect condition. Never use it in case of
damage. In such cases, contact the customer service.
• The place of use of the device must meet these requirements:
- Dry and clean indoor area, free of explosive or flammable substances and dust
- Temperature in the permitted range for operation (see technical data)
- Level, firm and non-slip surface; with protective mat especially for sensitive surfaces.
• After moving the device from a cold room to a warm room, wait 1 hour for the device to warm up; to
avoid condensation problems.
