•Before starting any inspection or service to avoid electric shock, please make sure the
heater is shut down and that the power cord is disconnected. It must be constantly
recognized that the power plug is disconnected during inspection or service.
•Do not inspect or service the heater while it is hot.
SYMPTOMS
Fan doesn't start with switch
on.
Fan starts but ignition fails.
Radiation disk doesn't
become incandescent.
Odor and black smoke come
out.
Flame fluctuates.
Ignition is followed by misfire
and stop.
Abnormal noise at pump.

MEASURES
・Locate and repair failed part.
・Repair or replace with new
one.
・Please contact your dealer.

・Secure voltage. If extension
cord is used, use thicker
one.
・Fill tank with fuel.

Replace nozzle.
・Replace filter element.
・Use clean fuel.
・Avoid direct light on flame
monitor.
・Adjust air inlet door.
・Check fuel quality.
