2. Lubricate the joint for the cutting deck lift (A).

4. Make sure that the hydraulic cylinder (A) for the
lifting arm is in the extended position.

Troubleshooting

Cause
The parking brake is not applied. Refer to
brake on page 107 .
The drive of the blades is engaged. Refer to
page 94 .
A fuse is blown. Refer to
The ignition key is defective.
The connection between the cable and the battery is bad. Refer to
on page 103 .
The battery is too weak. Refer to
The starter motor is defective.
5. Use a flexible grease gun (B) and put the hose
above the frame tube (C).
6. Attach the nozzle to the grease nipple and lubricate
the lifting arm.
7. Move the cutting height lever to make sure that the
joints are easy to move.
8. Install the cutting deck.

To lubricate the cutting deck

1. Remove the front cover.
2. Lubricate the 6 joints (A) with engine oil.

3. Lubricate with a grease gun through the nipple on
the pivot wheel bearings for the cutting deck (B).
Lubricate until grease comes out of the rear side of
the nipple.
To apply and release the parking
PTO (Power Take-Off) button on
To replace the fuses on page 115 .
To charge the battery on page 115 .
