Notes about Digital Operation (Cab Control Car)
• Address set at the factory: DCC: 3
• For the correct light change, we recommend in DCC that you
set the function decoder in the cab control car to the address
of the locomotive and also adjust the braking delay on the
locomotive (CV 1 and 4 locomotive = CV 1 and 4 is for the cab
control car), or in mfx set up a multiple unit combination.
Notes about Digital Operation Using mfx (Cab Control Car)
• No address is required under mfx; each decoder receives a
non-recurrent and unique identifier (UID).
• The decoder automatically logs on to a Central Station or
Mobile Station with its UID and name.
• Name ex works: C4yl-wf-43
Multiple Unit Combination with the Central Station 3 under mfx
Call up the locomotive menu in the Central Station 3 and select
„Create M.U. Combination". Assign a unique name for the M.U.
combination and then drag the desired unit from the locomotive
list into the open field. After you have confirmed the selection,
the M.U. combination will appear in the locomotive list with the
image of the lead unit.
