Maintenance
Charge the battery to a minimum of 80 %. Do a check of the battery status in
HSH.
Make sure that nuts and screws are tightened to the correct torque.
Do an inspection, lubricate and adjust all wires.
Do a check of the steering chain of the inner side of the frame tunnel.
Lubricate the pedals on the inner side of the frame tunnel.
Lubricate the operators seat.
Remove the drive wheels and lubricate the axles with grease.
Examine and adjust the parking brake.
Lubricate the cutting deck frame and the cutting deck presence control.
Lubricate the pivot wheels on the cutting deck.
Examine the blades. Sharpen and balance the blades if it is necessary.
Do a check of and adjust the parallelism of the cutting deck.
Do a check of the switches on the cutting deck, lift and parking brake.
Do a check of the blade engagement and OPC switch.
Do a check of the forward drive and rearward drive on different speeds.
Do a check of the pedal sensor system and adjust if it is necessary.

To clean the product

CAUTION:
washer or a steam cleaner. Water can go
into bearings and electrical connections and
cause corrosion which causes damage to
the product.
Clean the product immediately after use.
Before you clean with a wet cloth, clean with a
brush. Remove grass cuttings and dirt on and
around the propulsion unit and the inlet to the
cooling fan of the motor.
Use a wet cloth to clean the product.
Do not use water at electrical components or
bearings. Detergent usually increases the damage.
Make sure the battery and battery charger are clean,
before the battery is put in the battery charger.
To clean the cutting deck, remove it and hose it
down with water.
When the product is clean, start the cutting deck for
a short period to blow off remaining water.

To remove and install the battery cover
1. Release the 2 clips on the front of the battery cover
with the tool attached to the power switch key.
