10 Dynamic Alignment

Set up as shown in Bench Alignment if the user requires adjustment length, shift, rotation and
angular adjustments are available by loosening, adjusting and re-tightening of distal and
proximal alignment fixings.
Ensure after any adjustments are made, that the load line is not posterior to the top pivot pin.
