7.3.2 Adjusting the horizontal saddle position
The saddle should be adjusted horizontally so that your back angle is comfortable
and your arms are slightly bent.
Loosen the knob at the bottom of the saddle holder: To do this, turn counterclockwise.
Move the saddle horizontally on the saddle holder. Tighten the knob again.
7.3.3 Adjusting multi-position handle and monitor vertically
CAUTION! Risk of injury and material damage due to
tipping over and falling down!
- When adjusting the height of the front tube with the
monitor attached, always use the help of a second adult
person!
- Grip the multi-position handle securely from the front. Do
not lift at the monitor.
- Let the front tube protrude from the frame at most so far
that the 'MAX' marking is just visible.
The first person must hold the front tube securely.
The second person turns the knob on the main frame slightly anti-clockwise and pulls out the locking
pin.
The first person raises the multi-position handle to the desired height.
- The seat tube is not continuously adjustable: Make sure that the pin of the knob engages in one of
the holes of the seat tube.
Engage knob and tighten.
7.3.4 Adjusting the pedal straps (option 1)
If you want to use the pedal side without the click system, adjust the straps so that:
- on the one hand, they provide a secure hold,
- but on the other hand allow safe descent; without danger of getting stuck.
7.3.5 Adjusting the pedal click system (option 2)
WARNING! Risk of injury due to improper strain if the click system is incorrectly adjusted!
If you want to use the pedal side with click system, follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the
click system and the manufacturer of the shoes.

8. Training

8.1 GENERAL

WARNING! Danger of health damage or even death due to improper or excessive training!
Do not overexert yourself or others when performing the training! Always respect the
individual general and daily fitness!
Warm up and warm down sufficiently before and after each training session!
Risk of injury due to trailing pedals and cranks! The device does not have a freewheel hub:
the flywheel still drives the pedals when you stop pedaling.
- Always use the device with full attention.
- If the pedals are turned too strongly by the flywheel during exercise, press down the brake
knob below the multi-position handle: The flywheel is braked.
- Reduce the speed slowly and carefully. Bring the pedals to a complete standstill before
descending.
Make sure that the pedal you descent from last is in the lowest position.
The Speedbike enables effective training with the support of its own app.
The device must be switched on for all types of training.
