3 Transport and assembly

3.1 Checking the delivery contents

After unpacking, check the product immediately for damage
sustained during transport and for completeness; inform the
manufacturer of any damage as soon as possible.

3.2 Assembly

Please follow the provided assembly directions for assembly of
the shelves or bridges Flex Active Frames.
Steelcase recommends having the authorised dealer
or an assembly company assemble the desk.

Assembly of the Frame Active Frames always starts with a
Base Unit followed by Extension Units.
The accessories are mounted in this sequence:
1. Coat Rod, 2. Fixed Board, 3. Infill Panel and Center Panel, 4.
Flap Door, 5. Media Tower - Components, 6. Board Clips and
Cable Clips, 7. Bookend and ToolBox
Attaching accessories
Please follow the provided assembly directions for attaching
accessories. The assembly directions are also available online
