Accessing shares

1. Install and run LaCie Network Assistant, located on the
LaCie Utilities CD-ROM.
2. Click the LaCie Network Assistant icon (in the system
tray for Windows and in the menu bar for Mac) and
select the share you want to access.
Your LaCie Network Space 2 has three shares by default:
Name Accessibility
OpenShare Public, accessible to any
user on the network
Private, accessible to the
MyShare
administrator
USBShare Public
Note: If the drive is connected to your computer via USB, you won't be able
to access OpenShare or MyShare (only USBShare) through your computer.
