ACTION ADJUSTMENT MODE
CAUTION: Always set the ring correctly to your desired mode mark. If you operate the tool
with the ring positioned halfway between the mode marks, the tool may be damaged
1. This tool has three action modes.
Hammer mode
Screwdriver mode
Drill mode
2. Select one mode suitable for your work. Turn the action mode changing ring and align the
mark that you selected with the arrow on the tool body. (Fig. 12)
TORQUE CONTROL
1. Torque adjustment is limited to screw mode, drilling mode and impact mode, it has no effect.
2. By turning the torque adjustment, it is possible to adjust the amount of torque. The torque
control prevents the heads of smaller diameter screws being twisted off when correctly set.
3. Fastening torque is greater as the numerals are larger and when set to the drill position the
driver/drill has full torque. Overloading and stalling the drill at any time can lead to motor
burnout and also dramatically reduces battery life. (Fig. 13)
