QUICK GUIDE TO INSTALLATION
Please read the contents of each section in the instruction manual for detailed instructions on how to
operate your new Infiniton cooktop properly.
1. Choose a good location
See installation section of the user manual.
3. Never seal the plate to the recess with
silicone.
Sealing the hob with silicone is not recommended, as
if the hob has to be removed, it will be very difficult to
remove it from the worktop and the glass may crack.
Infiniton is not responsible for any damage caused
by applying silicone, which would void the warranty.
4. Switch on the hob
Our hobs are touch-sensitive. Be sure to place your
fingertips correctly on the touch controls.
5. Select suitable utensils and kitchenware
Do not use pots and pans with an irregular or curved
base. If the hob is an induction hob, be sure to use pots
and pans with a ferromagnetic base.
6. Turn off the hob completely
Switch the hob off using the On/Off button.
2. Make electrical connection
Refer to the electrical connections section in the user
manual.
