Assembly and dissassembly
of accessories (not included)
CAUTION
• Always make sure the tool is turned off and unplugged
before doing any work on it.
• Loosen the clamp nut.
• Insert the shank (A) of the accessory into the hole in
the jaw (B).
• Using one of the included wrenches, hold the axis in
place (C).
• Meanwhile, using the other wrench, turn the collet
in a clockwise direction (D) to tighten the accessory.
• To loosen and remove the accessory turn the collet
counterclockwise.
• Once the accessory is set, run the
CAUTION
grinder with no load for at least one minute. In case of
vibration change the accessory immediately.
• The attachment (E) tang must not protrude more than
5/16 '' of the collet, overcome this distance may cause
vibration.
CAUTION
• For best results USE STONES with 1/4"
shank and diameters from ¾" to 1 3/8". It is recommen-
ded to use Truper mounted stones such as: JMP-10, JPM-7,
JPM-5. General Purpose Mounted Stones and JPM-5X High
Performance Stones.
