1) Connect the welding gun cable to the connector marked with a "-" sign and twist the cable
plug to secure the connection.
2) Connect the ground cable to the connector marked "-" and twist the cable plug to secure the
connection.
Caution! Cable polarity may vary! All polarity information should be described on the
packaging provided by the electrode manufacturer!
3) Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet and start the machine. After connecting the
mass cable to the workpiece, work can begin.
8. Disposal of the packaging
Please keep all packaging material (cardboard, plastic strips and polystyrene foam) to ensure that the
unit is protected during shipment, should it become necessary to send it to a service center!
9. Transport and storage
When transporting the unit, protect it from shocks and tipping over, and do not place it "upside
down". Store the unit in a well-ventilated room where dry air is present and corrosive gases are not
present.

Cleaning and maintenance
•
Before each cleaning, and also when the device is not in use, disconnect the power plug and
let the device cool down completely.
•
Remove the spatter from the tip of the welding gun and check the condition of the parts.
Damaged parts must be replaced immediately.
•
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning surfaces.
•
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
•
Make sure that no water enters through the ventilation openings in the casing.
•
Clean the ventilation openings with a brush and compressed air.
•
After each cleaning, all the parts should be dried well before the unit is used again.
•
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
•
Remove dust regularly with dry and clean compressed air.
11.
Regular inspection of the device
Check the unit regularly for damage. If this is the case, stop using the unit. Please contact your dealer
immediately for repair.
NOTE: Never open the device without consulting customer service. This can lead to loss of warranty.
