Checks following conversion to other type of gas.
After ensuring the correct conversion procedure with specified injector
ES
diameters and settings to the correct pressure, check the following:
- that there is no flame return in the combustion chamber;
- that the burner flame is not excessively high or low and is stable (does
TR
not detach from burner);
- that the pressure testers used for calibration are perfectly closed and there
are no leaks from the gas circuit.
CZ
N.B.: all boiler adjustment operations must be performed by a skilled techni-
cian (e.g. from an Immergas Technical Services Centre). Burner adjustment
must be carried out using a U-type of digital differential pressure gauge,
connected to the gas valve pressure test outlet (4, page 95), in accordance
HU
with the pressure value given in the table on page 97 relative to the type of
gas with which the boiler is set to operate.

Nike Mini 28 adjustments
RU
• Adjustment of boiler rated heat output.
- Press the hot water temperature adjustment button (+) (3, page 90) up
to the max. operating temperature.
IE
- Open the hot water valve to avoid activation of modulation.
- Adjust boiler rated heat output by turning the brass nut (3 page 95),
keeping to the max. pressure values given in the tables on page 97
according to the type of gas used.
- Rotate clockwise to increase power and counterclockwise to decrease.
• Boiler minimum heat output adjustment
(see fig. on page 95).
NB: Proceed only after setting the rated pressure.
Minimum heat output is adjusted by turning the brass nut (2) on the
gas valve, keeping the brass nut (3) locked;
- disconnect the power to the modulating coil (simply detach a faston);
turn the screw clockwise to increase pressure and anticlockwise to decrease
it. After adjusting, reconnect the power to the modulating coil. Boiler
minimum heat output pressure must be not be adjusted to below the
values given in the tables on page 97 according to the type of gas.
N.B.: To adjust the gas valve, remove the plastic cap (6); after adjusting
refit the cap.

Electronic control board programming
(see figure page 90)
The Nike Mini 28 boiler provides the possibility to program certain operating
parameters. By modifying these parameters as described below, the boiler can
be adapted to specific needs.
To enter the programming mode:
- press buttons (1) and (2) simultaneously for about 15 seconds;
- use buttons (3) and (4) to select the parameter to be modified as indicated
in the following table:

Type of boiler (heating only - combination)
- modify the corresponding value, consulting the following tables, using
buttons (5) and (6);
- confirm the set value by pressing the Reset button (1) for about 5 seconds;
press the hot water circuit temperature adjustment buttons (3) + and (4)
- at the same time to cancel the operation.
N.B.: If no button is pressed after a certain period of time the operation
is automatically cancelled.
Selection of gas type. The setting of this function is for adjusting the boiler
in order to operate on LPG or Methane gas.
Selection of gas type
Range of settable values
LG (LPG) or nG (Methane) (Standard setting)
Gas G110 - Cina Gas. The setting of this function is for adjusting the boiler
in order to operate on gases of the first family.
Gas G110 - Cina Gas (first family gas)
Range of settable values
on - oF (Standard setting)
Fixed or correlated domestic circuit set-point. By setting parameter P3
to on mode, burner shut-down is correlated to the domestic hot water
temperature adjustment. In oF mode, burner shut-down occurs at maxi-
mum value.
Fixed or correlated domestic circuit set-point
Range of settable values
on correlated - oF fixed (standard setting)
Timer setting. The boiler is equipped with an electronic timer which pre-
vents too frequent burner ignition in heating mode. The boiler is supplied
with the timer set to 3 minutes.
Heating switch-on timer
Range of settable values
from 1 to 10
1 = 30 seconds
2 = 2 minutes
3 = 3 minutes (Standard setting)
Heating ramp timer. The boiler has a ramp of about 10 minutes to go from
minimum power to rated heating power.
Heating ramp timer
Range of settable values
from 1 to 10
1 = 30 seconds
2 = 2 minutes
10 = 10 minutes (Standard setting)
