18. Warranty & after sale service
WARRANTY
BELLOTA has a 2 year warranty on the pruning shears and a 1 year warranty on the battery.
The Distributor must process the warranty by registering the product's information on the Bellota website:
https://www.bellota.com/poda-electrica.
The registration process can also be done by sending an e-mail to sat@bellota.com with the following
information:
•
Machine registration number
•
Invoice
•
User's full name
•
User's contact email.
Only once the machine is registered will the product's warranty period be assumed by Bellota Tools S.L.U.
Under no circumstances will any parts subject to wear and tear, be covered by Bellota Warranty,
The warranty will be voided in the following cases:
1.
Non-observance of the instructions for use and recommendations set out by Bellota.
2.
Incorrect or different use than that established by Bellota.
3.
Repairs and manipulations by unauthorized staff.
4.
Modifications on the original parts.
