Intensity: Medium
This workout focuses on primarily linear movements and has been
designed to challenge your stability. Frelaxing your core to add extra
dimension to your exercise.
30 second intervals of manual 3, 1 and 5.
Intensity: High
Our highest intensity programmed setting will keep your body guessing
with Linear vibration, horizontal oscillation and a combination of both
for 3D motion.
30 second intervals of manual settings 2, 3 and 6.
Intensity: Mild
This program combines horizontal oscillation and micro vibration for a
mild workout that is still challenging. Although it may be the lowest
intensity of the programmed options, it is still a dynamic workout and
you should be sure that you are comfortable with the primary manual
movements before attempting it.
