How to use the accessories:
Your vibra�on plate comes with 2 bungee cables for use in upper body
exercises in conjunc�on with the plate. A�ach the silver clips on the
bungees to the corresponding silver ring on either side of the bo�om of the
plate. Please do not a�empt to a�ach or detach accessories from the plate
while in use.
