centre of the manufacturer for replacement. Do not use the appliance with a damaged power cord or plug. The power cord or plug
cannot be repaired and must be replaced with a new one that is free of defects if these components are damaged. Replacement
of the power cord and plug must be carried out by an authorised service centre of the manufacturer.
Instructions for the use of the appliance
WARNING! The appliance housing can be hot during and shortly after use. Do not touch it, as it may cause burns. Allow the
appliance housing to cool down.
Food should be cut into small pieces before placing it on sieves. The smaller the pieces of food, the faster they can be dried and
the lower the drying temperature required.
Food should always be placed starting from the bottom sieve. Do not arrange the products too tightly to allow air circulation. Only
one layer of food should be placed on one sieve. Products placed on the sieve should not touch the sieve or the housing placed
above them.
Make sure that the fl oor near the appliance is not slippery. This will prevent slipping, which can cause serious injuries.
The appliance must be kept under supervision at all times during operation. Before checking the degree of drying of food, stop
appliance operation, unplug the power cord from the socket, wait until the product housing cools down and then open it.
If, after drying, food residues remain on the sieves or housing, they should be removed before new food is placed on the sieves. If
food residues remain on the sieves and/or housing, air circulation may be impaired and the appliance may overheat. Overheating
can lead to damage to the appliance or cause fi re or electric shock. Clean the appliance according to the instructions in section:
"Appliance maintenance"
APPLIANCE OPERATION
Installation, start-up and operation of the appliance
The appliance must be unpacked and all parts of the packaging completely removed. It is recommended to keep the packaging,
as it can be helpful for further transport and storage of the appliance.
Prepare the appliance according to the instructions specifi ed in the "Appliance maintenance" section.
Placing the sieves
Place the drip tray on the bottom of the housing (II). This will help to maintain cleanliness inside the appliance in the event that
juice drips from food.
The sieves are placed in the guides inside the housing (III). Make sure that each sieve is parallel to the appliance base. Depending
on the quantity of food to be dried, any number of sieves supplied with the appliance may be used.
In case of drying very small pieces of food, the appliance is equipped with one fi ne-mesh sieve. The sieve should be placed on
one of the other sieves, it is not suitable for mounting directly on the guides inside the housing.
After all sieves have been inserted into the housing, slide the lid in using the guides on the front of the housing (IV). Make sure
that the lid is fully slid in.
Caution! It is recommended to test the position of the sieves before placing food on them. This will allow to gain experience and
make it easier to set up sieves with food placed on them.
Placing food on the sieves
Caution! It is recommended to place food on sieves disassembled from the base. Place the products in one layer. Do not place
food on the base or lid. Slide the sieve with food into the housing using the lowest pair of guides. Slide the next sieves into the
uppermost pair of guides, taking care that the food placed on the lower sieve does not come into contact with the upper sieve.
Starting and stopping the appliance
Plug the power cord plug into the socket. The device will emit a sound signal and the LED indicator will highlight all the elements
(8888 symbol) for 3 seconds and then display the default operating parameters. Time 10 hours (10:00) and 70
C (70C). Pressing

the ON/OFF switch will start operation with default settings. Pressing the switch marked "TIMER" allows you to set the operating
time. Pressing the switch marked "TEMP" allows you to set the operating temperature. The time setting is possible from 30 min-
utes to 19 hours and 30 minutes with 30-minute increments. Temperature setting is possible in the range from 35
C to 70
C with
O
O
5
C increments. The time and temperature settings can be changed by pressing the switches marked with arrows. The switch with
O
the upward arrow increases the value of the setting and the switch with the downward arrow decreases it. Pressing and holding
the switch will automatically change the parameter to be set.
After setting the operating time and temperature, press the ON/OFF switch to start the operation. The fan operation will be audible
and the heater will also be activated after approx. 5 seconds.
During operation, the time and temperature can be freely changed according to the procedure described above. The display
alternately shows the remaining operating time and the set temperature. The operating time is counted back to 0:00. The heater
switches off automatically and the fan continues to operate for another 10 seconds. The appliance will beep 20 times and the
display will show "END"
Pressing the ON/OFF switch ends the operation at any time.
