6.13.1 Indication of charging operation
When the green LED of the charging station status indicator shows steadily, the flashing of an LED of the
two battery state of charge indicators provides indication of the charging operation.
6.13.2 Indication of temperature too high or temperature too low
If the battery is too hot or too cold, this is indicated by the green LED of the charging station flashing. The
LEDs on the battery indicate the state of charge of the Li-ion battery.
6.13.3 Indication of a faulty battery
▶ Pull the battery out of the charging station if the green LED of the charging station status indicator shows
steady green and all the LEDs of the state of charge indicator of this battery are off.
If the LEDs of the state of charge indicator on the battery remain off even after activation of the state of
charge indicator, the battery is faulty.
▶ Have the battery checked by Hilti Service.
6.14 Using vacuum cleaner as transport trolley
1. Install the pushbar in accordance with the installation instructions provided.
2. Secure the adapter plate in accordance with the installation instructions provided.
3. Flip the toolbox retaining bar to the vertical position.
4. Push the desired Hilti toolbox by its grip over the toolbox retaining bar. Make sure that the lettering on
the Hilti toolbox is readable (not upside down).
▶ The Hilti toolboxes are prevented from slipping by the ribs and the toolbox retaining bar.
The maximum permissible additional load is 25 kg.
5. Do not stack the toolboxes too high; the toolbox retaining bar must always project above the grip opening
of the topmost toolbox.
6.15 Securing DPC 20 (applications with DG 150 grinder)
1. Install the pushbar in accordance with the installation instructions provided.
2. Secure the adapter plate in accordance with the installation instructions provided.
3. Make sure that the toolbox retaining bar is engaged in the horizontal position.
4. Place the DPC 20 in the recesses. Make sure that the power outlet is facing forward.
5. Secure the DPC 20 with the rubber straps.

▶ Always unplug the supply cord before carrying out care and maintenance tasks.

Care and maintenance of the tool
• Carefully remove stubborn dirt.
• Clean the air vents carefully with a dry brush.
