Scale maintenance
5.1.1 Check the clearance
• If the limitation is larger than the standard clearance in the below
table,the limitation cannot take effect well against crash and collisions,
but If smaller than the standard clearance, the weighing accuracy
could be affected.
• Standard clearance as below.

5.1.2 Additional Regular Checks
A) Check if the junction box is loose, or it has been exposed to water.
B) Check if the coiled cable is broken.
C) Check if the flexure is deformed or broken.
D) Check if the bottom clamp is fastened.
E) Check if the loadcell or its bolt is deformed or broken.
F) Check if anything is blocking the loadcell, or the area between the
front and back plank or safety lock?

IND236 terminal maintenance
Clean the terminal with a clean and soft cloth dampened with a mild glass
cleaner.
Do not use an industrial solvent such as toluene or isopropanol (IPA).
Do not spray cleaner directly on the terminal.
