Coloque la silla de automóvil de forma que sólo la parte delantera
de su base esté en contacto con el asiento del vehículo (fig. 20). En
el lado del enrollador, haga subir de nuevo el cinturón de hombro
a lo largo de la ranura situada en el lado de la carcasa (fig. 21).
Asegúrese de que el cinturón de seguridad no esté retorcido y té-
nselo al máximo (fig. 22).
IMPORTANTE: Una vez que la silla de automóvil esté instalada, la
hebilla del cinturón de seguridad del vehículo no debe llegar hasta
la abertura destinada al paso del cinturón situada en el lado de la
silla de automóvil. Si éste es el caso, elija otro lugar del vehículo. En
caso de duda, póngase en contacto con nuestro servicio al cliente.
Siente al niño en la silla de automóvil; para ello, consulte el capítulo
"Sentar al niño en la silla de automóvil con arnés".
Place the car seat so that only the front of its base is in contact with
the seat of the vehicle (fig. 20). On the side nearest the belt winder,
pull up the diagonal belt through the slot located on the side of the
shell (fig. 21). Make sure the belt is not twisted and pull it as tightly
as possible (fig. 22).
IMPORTANT: once the car seat has been installed, the vehicle seat
buckle must not touch the opening through which the belt passes
on the side of the car seat. If it does, choose another place in the
vehicle. If in doubt, please contact our customer service department.
Place your child in the car seat, following the instructions in the
section entitled 'Installing your child in the car seat with a harness'.
