12. Install clamps (1) over hose ends.
13. Install hoses on Tee and solenoid nipples.
14. Torque both clamps to 17–27 in. lb.
(1.9–3.1 Nm).
15. Use tie straps (14) to secure hose between
solenoid and Tee.
Rocker Switch Installation
NOTICE! There are two options for mounting of the
rocker switch (11). Option 1 is with the contact plate
(3). Option 2 is without the contact plate. Keep the fol-
lowing in mind:
•
On the control panel, there must be room for
the contact plate (if used), switch, and the
decal.
•
The switch should be near a source of 12V
power that is only powered when the engine
is running.
•
There should not be anything behind the
control panel where the hole will be cut.
•
You will need access to the back of the
switch to install the wires.
•
The operator will need access to the fuse.
OPTION 1: WITH CONTACT PLATE
1. Find a flat surface on control panel where rocker
switch will be mounted.
2. Cut out Template A, located on the back page.
Using it, mark area to be drilled.
3. Use a 1.5 in.(38.1mm) hole saw to cut a hole
through control panel at the marked area.
