ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
NOTE: Electrical connection must be performed
by a qualified installer only.
NOTE: The electrical connection must comply
with National and Local codes.
Check the rating plate to be sure that the oven is
being connected to the proper electrical supply.
Connect the supply conduit to the right rear of
each oven as follows:
1. Remove the right side cover assembly.
2. Run the supply wires through the strain relief
and the conduit from the back to the front of
the oven.
3. Connect the supply wires to the terminal
block.

Installation
A strain relief for the supply cord is supplied. The
installer must provide a supply cord that meets all
Local and National Installation Standards.
Connect the oven to a separate group 400VAC,
3N, 50 hz with rigid connection and circuit breaker.
The circuit breaker should disconnect all poles, in-
cluding neutral with a contact separation of at least
3 mm.
Connect L1 + L2 + L3 + neutral + ground.
INITIAL STARTUP
1. Set the thermostat to 149_C.
2. Turn the upper and lower heater switches to
HIGH. Allow the oven to run for at least 2 hours
for proper break-in. This procedure may pro-
duce smoke.
