The tiller engine is designed to run on unleaded 95 petrol.
Never use contaminated petrol or a mixture of oil and
petrol. Avoid getting dirt or water in the tank.
To check the fuel level and fill the tank, the engine must be
stopped. When filling the fuel tank, do not exceed the
maximum level, the upper limit of the filter.
Before any maintenance and cleaning tasks, remove
the spark plug cap.
An engine running with low oil level will cause severe
engine damage.
1. Place the tiller on a flat floor;
2. Remove the oil filler cap (cap + dipstick) (16);
3. Check the oil level;
4. If the level is low, add oil (15W40) until the appropriate
level is reached;
To change the oil:
5. Remove the oil drain plug and empty all the oil;
6. Tighten the oil drain plug and add new oil (15W40);
7. Check the oil level and top up to the correct level.
1. Place the tiller on a flat floor;
2. The gearbox oil must be levelled with the lower limit of
the gearbox oil cap;
3. If the level is low, add oil (80W90) until the proper level
is reached.
Air filter with oil
1. Loosen the wing nut and remove the filter cap (6);
Fuel tank filter
2. Remove the cap;
3. Remove the filter element;
4. Blow out the filter element with compressed air until it is
completely clean;
5. Fill with fresh oil (15W40) on the cup to the suitable
level;
6. Place all filter element in the filter and assemble the
remaining components in reverse order to disassembly.
