5. USE
Caution:
•
Make sure that the product is placed on a flat and stable floor.
•
The power socket must be in the vicinity of the fan and easily accessible.
•
Always position the power cord so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in
it.
•
If you place the fan on a table or shelf, make sure the power cord does not hang in a
place where it could be pulled off and inadvertently cause the fan to drop.
5.1 Turn on/off
•
Connect the mains plug of the power cable (9) to the mains (220 -
240 V/AC, 50 Hz).
•
To turn the fan on, turn the function knob (11) to "1", "2" or "3" posi-
tion.
•
To turn the fan off, turn the function knob (11) to "0" position.
5.2 Set speed
•
Turn the function knob (11) to "1", "2" or "3" position. "1", "2" and "3" indicates low, me-
dium and high fan speed respectively.
5.3 Fan head adjustment
Pull the rear wooden stand out of place, and adjust its position by
one of the three angles: 0°, 24° and 48°, then push the rear wooden
stand back in place.
6. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
•
WARNING: Switch the product off and unplug it from the mains socket before each
cleaning.
•
WARNING: Do not remove the fan guards for cleaning or maintenance.
