ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there.
The assistance of a second person is
recommended for assembling this unit.
Take the components out of the box
and make sure that you have all of the

ASSEMBLY.-
1.- Position the main support (1) and
(3) in the direction of the arrow so that
they are set horizontally, as shown in
Fig.3. Place the pin (32), the nuts and
the caps as shown in figs 3.
2.- Place the support pads (49) and
(53), Fig.3, and secure them using
screws (51) along with the washers
(27) as shown in Fig.4.
FITTING THE BACKREST ONTO
THE SUPPORT.-

of the assembly.
Take the backrest with pivot arms (19)
and insert them into their grooves in
the bed frames (10) Fig.5, screw with
the screw (43). Secure the pivot plate
with screw (46) with washers (13) and
lock with nut (15) as shown the Fig.6.
Check than the backrest (35) rotates
correctly on the pivot arms without any
stiffness.
4.-
Take the handlebar (29), and enter
in the outer hole the screw (46)
together with washer (14), place it on
the rear frame as shown in Fig.7.
Place the screw (38) with washer (13)
into the inner hole of the handlebar
(29), place washer (13) and securely
tighten the locked nut (15). Place the
