to the battery compartment (11) on the rear

the battery compartment, with the positive
and negative connections as indicated in the
compartment.
3) Unlock the control part, slide it back to its
previous position until it locks into place.
5 Setting into Operation
1) Connect a headband microphone or tie-clip

jack (4).
2) To switch on, set the power switch (2) to ON.
The display (3) indicates the transmitting fre-
quency adjusted and a battery symbol which
indicates the current charging status of the
batteries in several steps:
fully charged
3) Press down the latching buttons (8) on the

see chapter 5.1. Switch on the re-
ceiver and set it to the same frequency
see operating instructions of the receiver.
Switch on the audio unit (mixer or ampli-
fier) connected to the receiver.
5) Speak/sing into the microphone. The volume
level can be readjusted by changing the sen-
sitivity via the control GAIN (10). Use the
supplied adjusting key for turning the control.
Adjust the transmitter to an optimum level.
If the level is too high, the transmitter will dis -
tort, in this case turn back the control (if re-
quired, even to the left stop). If the level is too
low, a poor signal-noise ratio will result, in
this case, advance the control correspond -
ingly.
6) The transmitter can be locked to prevent
accidental change of frequency or accidental
switching off
7) After all adjustments have been made,
unlock the control part, slide it back to its pre-
vious position until it locks into place.

set the power switch (2) to OFF. The display
shortly indicates
completely.
