problem in the machine.
In case of prolonged disuse, disconnect the machine
from the energy source.
2.6. SERVICE
Please periodically check your machine by a qualified
repair service using only identical replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of this machine is
maintained.
2.7. RESIDUAL RISK FACTORS
Even when using the tool in the prescribed
manner it is not possible to eliminate all residual risk
factors. The following hazards may arise in connection
with the construction and the design of the tool.
Electrical shock due to the poor condition of the
power cord that may cause an electric shock.
Inspect the cable before each use.
Electrical discharge indirectly caused by contact
with metal parts of the machine due to faulty wiring.
Before performing any maintenance on the machine
disconnect the electrical power and connect this
machine to a residual differential device whose
current is less than or equal to 30mA.
You should check the operation of the differential
before using the machine.
Injuries to the user by using the machine without the
proper protective equipment. Remember to always use
protective equipment recommended in this manual.
Injuries to hearing if effective hearing protection is not
used.
Injuries caused by insufficient lighting. Make sure that
you work with proper light. Health problems as a result
of the vibrations produced by the machine if it is used
for a period longer time than recommended or is not
handled properly, or is not well maintained.
Injuries in the hands if adequate protection is not used
or the instructions contained in this manual are not
followed.
Injury by projection of particles or parts of the trunk if
there is no adequate protection and/or failure to follow
the instructions contained in this manual.
Injuries by falling pieces of wood after the division that
may especially hurt the operator's feet.
The blade, in its descent, can trap or amputate body
parts. Never operate this machine if you are helped by
another person. You must always use the machine alone.
The trunk, while it is being cut, is subjected to high
pressure and the same slots can expand or contract
catching your fingers or other parts of the body. Never
hold the trunk with your hands while cutting or reach
into the slot of the trunk.
Unexpected risks may appear because of the intrinsic
characteristics of the trunk such as cutting knots,
irregular shape, etc.
WARNING! This machine produces an
electromagnetic field while in operation. This field
may, in some circumstances, interfere with active or
inactive medical devices or implants. To reduce the
risk of death or serious injury, people with medical
devices or implants should consult their physicians
and the manufacturer of the device or implant before
using this machine.
