Possible Causes
Inlet valves on washer/dryer are
leaking internally and washer/dryer
cannot drain during overflow.
Drain pump filter on washer/dryer
may need to be cleaned. Bellow
drain holes in washer/dryer may
be obstructed. Washer/dryer drain
hose or home drain system may be
obstructed. Drain pump on washer/
dryer may have failed.
Check for proper drain hose
installation.
HMI cannot communicate with Wi-Fi
module.
Appears upon recovery from power
loss, if power was lost while running
a cycle
Solution
Call for service.
Clean drain pump filter on washer/dryer. Check bellow drain
holes in washer/dryer for obstructions. Check washer/dryer
drain hose and home drain system for obstructions. If problem
persists, call for service.
Ensure top of drain pipe is installed at least 39" above the floor.
Ensure drain hose extends no farther than 4 1/2" into standpipe.
Call for service.
Touch POWER once to clear the code. Then touch POWER
again and restart the washer/dryer.
